Kendall Co - Man sentenced to 15 years

In Kendall County, a LaSalle County Man Sentenced to 15 Years for Harassing Trooper During DWI Arrest. Eric Nathan Aldaco, 35, an offender with a significant violent criminal history was sentenced last week. Aldaco was convicted for Harassment of a Public Servant, Obstruction or Retaliation, and Driving While Intoxicated. The incident occurred in August of 2024, when a DPS Trooper stopped Aldaco for failure to slow down or move over for emergency vehicles on IH-10 near Business US 87. Aldaco became combative and threatening during the stop.
