Kendall Co - No criminal charges for bleacher collapse

Kendall County District Attorney has issued a statement regarding the bleacher collapse at the Kendall County Fairgrounds Arena, August 31st 2024. In their opinion, they find there is insufficient evidence to prove a criminal case beyond a reasonable doubt. No criminal charges are forthcoming. Several people were treated for injuries. A Boerne resident woman died due to injuries sustained in the bleacher collapse.
