San Antonio man arrested for intoxication manslaughter according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. On Monday morning, DPS Troopers responded to a fatal crash on IH10 – Exit 524 near Comfort. Preliminary investigation indicates that a Ford F-150 driven by Allen Graham, 28, was traveling Eastbound and failed to drive in a single lane. Graham, drifted off the right side of the highway then over-corrected to the left causing the vehicle to cross all lanes of IH10. The F-150 then struck a Toyota Corolla, driven by Manuela Rodriguez, 54. She was pronounced deceased on scene. This investigation is ongoing, and no more details are available at the time of this release. The next of kin has been notified.
