Kendall Co - San Antonio sentenced to 18 years in prison

Wrong way driver convicted in Kendall County on Friday. Epiphany Richmond, 37, of San Antonio accepted a plea offer of 8 years in prison in a case involving a wrong-way driving incident on IH-10 that occurred in June of last year. She was originally on a 10 year probation which was revoked for a prior Intoxication Manslaughter conviction in Bexar County.  Richmond will serve a total of 18 years.
