Kerr and Kendall County form a 391 Commission

All 3 agenda items for the 391 Commission were approved at the Kerr County Commissioners meeting on Monday according to Commissioner Rich Paces. Approved were the inter-local agreement with Kendall County on the formation of the 391 Sub-Regional Planning Commission. The By-Laws and the resolution stating that Kerr County is clearly against construction of battery energy storage systems in the county. The same agenda items were approved 3 to 2 at the Kendall County Commissioners meeting on Tuesday.
