Kerr Co - 391 testifies before PUCT

Kerr County Commissioner Rich Paces and several other Kerr County residents testified before the PUCT in Austin last week. Paces is the President of the Hill Country Sub Regional Planning Commission or 391 which was formed to combat or regulate Battery Energy Storage Systems in Kerr County, Kendall County and Gillespie County.
