Kerr County Veterans Hotline is experiencing some technical difficulties. Veteran Service Officer Jennifer Sanchez recommends Veterans using 1-877-267-6030 instead of 688 if they need help. The federal government is working on fixing the problem. Kerr County is monitoring the situation.
