Kerr Co - Veterans to receive HEB gift cards

Kerr County Veterans aged 60 years old and older to receive free HEB gift cards on Thursday. Cards are available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. as long as supplies lasts,” at the Kerr County Veterans Service Office on Earl Garrett Street in Kerrville. “You do not have to be impacted by the July 4 flood disaster to receive this benefit.”  According to Kerr County Veterans Service Officer Jenna Sanchez. Veterans will also have the opportunity to receive information and resources from local nonprofit, veteran organizations, including: Gunny’s Warriors, Together With Hill Country Veterans, the VFW and the American Legion. The event is a joint effort between the Kerr County Veterans Service Office and the Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG).
