Kerr County - Court Reporter position eliminated

Kerr County does away with Court reporter position for meetings. According to the Daily Times. The former court reporter retired at the end of last year and they will not be replaced. Judge Rob Kelly said the court will now rely on the electronic recordings of the meetings. If absolutely necessary, a court reporter would then be hired.
