Kerr County - divers continue to search for 2 missing flood victims

Even though it’s been a year since the 2025 floods of July in Central Texas, 2 Kerr County residents continue to search for the 2 still missing. Darrin Potter and Ryan Logue spend their time and money diving through the Guadalupe River and its tributaries according to KHOU-TV. Potter and Logue are driven by the need to bring closure to the grieving families of 8 year old Cile Steward and 61 year old Jeff Ramsey. Logue himself has an 8 year old daughter. And while they are searching the murky waters, whatever they find, they remove from the river to make it safer for those wanting to get back in the Guadalupe. Both human bones and animal bones found have been tested through DNA but none have matched Cile or Jeff.
