Kerr County - Feral Cat problem

Feral cat problem addressed in Kerr County Commissioners meeting on Monday according to the Daily Times. Although the subject wasn’t part of the agenda, 2 citizens brought the subject up. Reagan Givens, the county animal control officer asked commissioners for a public summit to address the problem and solutions to problem. Judge Rob Kelly agreed on a summit to educate the public. Feral cats will be on the agenda for the next commissioners meeting.
