Kerr County - J K Bernard Construction awarded Animal Control facilities contract

J K Bernhard Construction of Kerrville awarded the contract for the new Kerr County Animal Control Facility. County Commissioners approved a 5.96 million dollar contract with the company to build the new animal shelter on Spur 100.. According to Commissioner Jonathan Letz, the numbers on the cost are not solid as the project is expected to be completed in 9 months.
