Kerr County - Jesse Lee Rounsley arrest

Solicitation of a minor lands a Kerrville man in Kerr County Jail. On Wednesday, Jesse Lee Rounsley set up a meeting with a 14 year old female at a local park or so he though. Kerr County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Division were waiting for him instead. Rounsley had been communicating online with an undercover investigator and not with a minor. He was arrested and charged for Online Solicitation of a minor.
