Kerrville - 4th on the River traffic plan

Kerrville’s Fourth on the River celebration releases traffic control and parking plan. The event is at Louise Hays Park, Friday, July 4th. Enjoy entertainment, food, and patriotic festivities capped off with a spectacular fireworks display. Admission is free and open to the public. Expect several road closures and traffic flow changes throughout the day.   Expect traffic delays immediately after the fireworks display. Be aware of traffic officers, signage, and barricades to facilitate safe and orderly traffic flow. The maps are posted on Kerrville Parks and Recreation social media.
