Kerrville City Council candidate Barbara Dewell Ferguson changes gears. Dewell Ferguson withdraws her bid for Council Place 3. She has now filed to run for Council Place 4. Council Member Place 4 currently is held by Brenda Hughes. Hughes filed for re-election.
