Kerrville - Change on KPUB Board

As one KPUB trustee exits, another enters. Incoming trustee Dr. David Sprouse joins the KPUB Board to replace outgoing Trustee Bill Thomas. Thomas served on the utility board for Kerrville for 10 years. He also was a past chairman.
