The winner of Kerrville’s Christmas Poem contest is Lidia Goldthorn. Goldthorn was recognized at Tuesday’s City Council meeting. Her poem was selected after receiving the most votes among three finalists on the city's Facebook page. Goldthorn read her poem to the council and accepted a proclamation from Mayor Judy Eychner naming her entry as "The Official 2023 'Christmas in Kerrville' Poem".
