Kerrville City Council to consider several fees requested by city officials. Kerrville Fire Chief Eric Maloney is asking for a cost-recovery fee for wrecks and hazardous spill clean ups. The fee for wrecks would only apply to non-Kerr County residents. The hazardous spill clean-up fee would apply to everyone. And Executive Director of the public works department, Stuart Barron is requesting a tiered system of stormwater utility fees to be added to water bills reports the Daily Times.
