Kerrville - Disaster Outreach Center to open Monday

Although the Disaster Recovery Center at the Hill Country Youth Event Center in Kerrville closed Thursday.  On Monday, a Disaster Outreach Center (DOC) will open in its place. The DOC will offer local residents impacted by the July 4 flooding disaster the same one-stop convenience of finding the many resources that are being made available to them.
