Kerrville’s Doyle Center is 20 years old. Today at 3pm, the center celebrates with a ribbon cutting. A reception follows at 5pm. Former Mayor Bill Blackburn formed a committee to purchase the building from Kerrville ISD to establish a community Center in 2003.
