Ballot order for Kerrville Elections are designated. On Friday morning, candidates names were drawn for Kerrville Mayor and City Council. Roman Garcia’s name will appear on the ballot first for Mayor. Joe Herring is second. For City Council Place 3, It’s Kent McKinney, then Brent Bates and for Place 4 it’s Barbara Dewell Ferguson first then incumbent Brenda Hughes.
