Kerrville FD water rescue training

Kerrville Fire Department members train for water rescue in Tarrant County. 3 members of the Technical Rescue Team attended the USAR Boat Operator training. Aka Urban Search and Rescue. The training prepares the team to operate a motorized boat in dynamic water rescues, search in flood waters, retrieving stranded victims and rescuing conscious & unconscious persons.
