Kerrville - high speed chase injures one

A high speed chase sends one to the hospital yesterday in Kerrville. Kerrville Police Department attempted to stop a White Dodge Ram traveling at a high rate of speed in the 1900 block of Loop 534. The driver of the Ram did not yield to the officer’s emergency lights and sirens. As the truck, traveled through various streets, the driver hit another vehicle, a Mitsubishi, which flipped the truck over. The driver that was hit was airlifted to a San Antonio hospital. The suspect, found to be a juvenile was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, evading arrest detention with a vehicle and reckless driving. The suspect was processed and released to juvenile probation.
