Kerrville - kidnapper apprehended

Kidnapper in Kerrville arrested in Somerville, Texas. Anthony Harwell, 35 kidnapped a 38-year-old woman late Monday evening from the parking garage on Water Street. She was taken to the garage by a friend to meet the man to retrieve personal property. The friend witnessed the woman being shoved into the car. Kerrville Police Department issued a state-wide Clear Alert. Texas Rangers found the woman safe. Harwell was charged with Aggravated Kidnapping and jailed in Burleson County.
