Kerrville’s Police Chief Eric McCall awarded personnel of the year at yesterday’s City Council meeting. Congratulations to Civilian Employee of the Year, Katie Behrends, Jonathan Collier is Police Officer of the Year and Supervisor of the Year is Sergeant Ben Ledesma.
