Kerrville - May election cancelled

Kerrville City Council adopted a resolution cancelling the General Election in May. Joe Herring, Councilmember Place 3 Kent McKinney and the only person filing for Place 4, Crystal Smith will take office during a swearing in ceremony May 12 during a special called City Council Meeting.
