Kerrville’s Pets Alive makes a commitment to cats in Kerr County for 2024. KPA continues to decrease euthanasia rates at Kerr County Animal Services. They will donate a thousand dollars a month to Kerr County Animal Services for cats to be spayed and neutered. KPA will continue to hold adoption events. And offer half price adoptions.
