ity of Kerrville with a Community Service Agreement. The funds will support KPA’s FIX KERR COUNTY PETS SPAY AND NEUTER PROGRAM. KPA has a fundraising goal of 60 thousand dollars. They have secured several sponsors for the program. KPA plans to host 20 spay and neuter pet wellness events this year.
