Kerrville - property tax increase

Disaster-related property tax increase for Kerrville residents.  After second flood, Kerrville looks to raise property tax by 87 dollars next year for a $300,000 home. The property tax increase of almost 6o cents per 100 dollar valuation could possibly help cover millions in flood damage. City Council will hold a Sept. 8 hearing and final Sept. 22 vote.
