Regan Jason Gornault II faces 4 felony charges for sexual abuse and assault of a young woman. The abused took place over a course of 7 years. Starting when the young woman was a minor. Gornault is in custody with 200 thousand dollars worth of bonds. Three of the charges are felonies punishable by as much as life in prison and a $10,000 fine, while the charge of sexual assault carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
