Kerrville - Rich Paces update on BESS on Monday

Kerr County Commissioner Precinct 2 Rich Paces will give an update on the Battery Energy Storage System Monday evening at the Kerr County Patriots Club meeting in Kerrville.  The meeting is at the Faith Christian Church, 1205 Sydney Baker Street.  Doors open at 5:30 pm, the meeting starts at 6:00 pm.  Paces will provide a presentation on just what BESS facilities are, the concerns they raise, the root cause behind why they are popping up everywhere across Texas, and what the 391 Commission is doing to try to fight against their installation in the hill country.
