Kerrville - Ringtail cat creates power outage

Ringtail cat creates power outage in Kerrville. According to the Kerrville Public Utility Board, crews responded to an animal-related outage around 12:30am Wednesday. The incident affected over 38 hundred residents in central Kerrville from Highway 16 between Interstate 10 and Highway 27.  The power outage lasted about 2 hours. KPUB crews worked as quickly and safely as possible to restore power.
