The Kerrville River Fest is Saturday in conjunction with the Annular Eclipse. The yearly fest is from 10am to 7:30pm. The event schedule is at kerrvilleriverfestival.org Headliner is Danielle Bradbery from The Voice. Shuttle parking is available.
