Kerrville’s Main Street Advisory Board or MSAB has 4 board members with terms expiring next Thursday, the 31st. Reports the Daily Times. In order to have a quorum, for continuation of meetings they’ll need those seats filled by September 1st. The MSAB may have to amend their membership qualifications.
