Despite Kerrville’s Stage 4 Water Restrictions, housing developments with plat approval will get water service reports the Daily Times. Lennar’s Ridgeland Homes is one of those developments. Ridgeland is next to Hal Peterson Middle School on Loop 534. The development will consist of 130 homes.
