Street Banner Sign Up day is Monday in Kerrville. Applications are available at the reception desk at City Hall or online at kerrvilletx.gov. The lottery-style scheduling event is at City Hall, on Main Street at 10 a.m. It’s an opportunity for organizations to select the location for banner display.
