TIVY ISD student is the first place winner for San Antonio’s Battle of Flowers Program Design Contest. CONGRATULATIONS to Artist Madellyn Fiedler. For taking 1st Place, Madellyn wins $750 for herself, $500 goes to teacher, Mrs. Alana Kocich and $2,500 to the Tivy High School Art Dept.
