Kerrville - YO Ranch and Inn of the Hills sale

YO Ranch Hotel and Inn of the Hills of Kerrville sold to Swish Hospitality. According to the Daily Times, the iconic Hill Country hotels were sold in October. The Phoenix Hospitality Group, based out of Boerne will take over management. The principals Aditya Dighe (Deeg)  and Kirtan Patel have owned and operated properties in Dripping Springs and Austin for the past 15 years. According to a spokesperson for both Swish Hospitality and Phoenix Hospitality, while improving the hotels, the character of the properties will be maintained.
