Kinky Friedman services - July 11

Funeral services for Texas icon Kinky Friedman are Thursday, July 11 in Kerrville. The service starts at 2 p.m. at The Arcadia theater, 717 Water St. Friedman, 79, died June 26 from Parkinson’s disease.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Echo Hill Gold Star Camp. The camp was established by Kinky for the children of fallen warriors and first responders.
