Start your New Year by adopting a pet. Kerrville Pets Alive is having an adoption event on Saturday from 11:30am to 2:30pm. KPA! is sponsoring 1/2 off adoption fees. The fee covers spay and neuter surgery, microchip, county registration, and Rabies vaccine. Location is 2102 Memorial Blvd., just East of the Schreiner University main entrance.
