KPA New animal laws presentation

Kerrville Pets Alive reminds you to register for next Monday’s Texas Humane Legislation Network Event. It’s a presentation of new animal laws in Texas from 6pm to 8pm. The event is free to the public and is at the Hill Country Youth Event Center on Texas 27.
