Lennar denied MUD for Guajalote Ranch

Lennar Homes denied ability to build a MUD or municipal utility district for their planned Guajalote Ranch Development. San Antonio City Council voted unanimously against the approval of the (MUD), 11 to 0. The vote puts the development on hold for at least one year according to Randy Neumann, chair of the Scenic Loop Helotes Creek Steering Committee. The Guajolote Ranch would bring 3 thousand more homes into the Helotes – Grey Forest area.
