A large concrete manufacturer to establish their headquarters in Kerrville. Megacrete is a joint venture between Litecrete and Aerocon based out of Florida. The company will create concrete panels of various widths, heights, and thicknesses. The building location is on Peterson Farm Road near the Kerrville/Kerr County Airport. Projected to cost 40 million dollars. The Kerrville location will house corporate offices and a training center. Target opening date is 2025.
