Kerrville PD needs your help in identifying an alleged metal thief. Video is posted on the City of Kerrville Police Department Facebook page. The video shows a male pulling up in a U-Haul near a scrap metal pile. Contact Detective Ed Holloway or Crimestoppers if you recognize this individual.
