Kim Meismer has been appointed Kerrville’s Interim City Manager. She was one of 2 Assistant City Managers under outgoing E A Hoppe. She’s been with the city since 2007. Michael Hornes, the second Kerrville assistant city manager has been promoted to interim Deputy City manager under Meismer. Their new positions start on June 20th. They were both appointed unanimously by the City Council.
