Mitchell Wasek, 28 of Travis County has been indicted on 21 counts of invasive visual recording. Wasek, is the son of Buc-cees founders. Guests of Wasek at a family home in Spicewood found a hidden camera last May. Wasek is accused of recording guests in various stages of undress in bedrooms and bathrooms. Invasive visual recording carries a sentence of up to two years in jail and a maximum fine of $10,000.
