Mountain Home VFD needing water sources

The Mountain Home Volunteer Fire Department is asking for the community’s help in securing water sources. According to the West Kerr Current, the multiple fires last week used a large amount of water. The VFD has agreements with area landowners to use their stock tanks to fill up. If a property sells, then the VFD can possibly lose it as a place to fill up their trucks. If a Mountain Home area landowner can help, contact Fire Chief Brien Alexander.
