A special reception for Western Pop Artist Billy Schenck is Saturday starting at 3pm at Kerrville’s Museum of Western Art. Refreshments will be served. There’s a meet and greet with Schenck at 5pm. A ticket can be downloaded from the museumofwesternart.com website.
