New Braunfels - 4 in custody for capital murder of teen

3 teenagers and one adult are in custody for the capital murder of a New Braunfels teen, 16 years old that took place on Thursday, February 20th. The incident occurred at a residence off Sangerhalle Road. The investigation is ongoing.
