Nieman Marcus sold to Saks Global

Nieman Marcus will no longer be a Texas-based company. The stores remain in Texas but ownership moves to Canada. Hudson Bay Company or HBC, owner of Saks 5th Avenue is buying the company for 2.65 billion dollars. The new ownership entity is now called Saks Global.
